Directions

Integrated Physical Therapy is located in the historical west end of Hartford, Connecticut.
Our office is easily accessed from Interstate 84, Exit 46

Driving directions to 609 Farmington Ave., Hartford:

From Route 2 or Interstate 91 North or South, take exit to 84 West.

From Interstate 84 East or West, take exit 46, Sisson Ave. Turn right at the light onto Sisson Ave. Follow to end at the second light and take a left onto Farmington Ave. Continue on Farmington Ave, past the traffic light at Whitney Street, and two blocks further to Oxford.  #609 is on the left at the corner of Farmington Ave and Oxford Street.

Parking: The driveway can be accessed from Oxford Street. We have two assigned spaces in the rear of the building.  When coming in the driveway, they are located immediately on the left, closest to the sidewalk. There is also plenty of on street parking on Oxford St. and Farmington Ave.

Please Note: Oxford Street has alternate street parking depending on the day. Farmington Ave has restricted parking during the rush hours. Please read the signs carefully.

Entrance to the building is through the front door only. We are in Suite 103

Appointments / Fees / Insurance:

Appointments: Morning through evening appointments available most days. Appointments are 45 to 60 minutes. We recommend 60 minutes for first appointments. Frequency of appointments will vary from individual to individual and can be discussed at the first session.

Fees: Please contact us for current pricing. We accept cash, check, and credit card. Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Payment plans are available for those that qualify.

Insurance: IPT&C does not process insurance claims. If you have out-of-network benefits for PT or mental health counseling, you may be able to self-submit. We will support you in the process. All plans will differ so please be familiar with your specific plan before your first appointment. Please note that insurance may limit the integrated approach available to you.
